Terms & Conditions of fxreplay

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and fxreplay ("fxreplay," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at fxreplay.vip (the "Platform"). These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, gameplay, withdrawals, bonus participation, and customer support interactions.

To access the full features of the fxreplay Platform, you must create a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) fxreplay account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. fxreplay employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fxreplay login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. fxreplay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

fxreplay is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

fxreplay accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via a range of payment methods available to Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, and other approved channels. • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with fxreplay employees.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fxreplay staff or other players.

fxreplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fxreplay account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

fxreplay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
